Dear Friends and Family,
As you all know, when Henry died this past year I was heartbroken. But the Dog Gods had a certain someone in mind to help me out. Her name is Goldie, and I adopted her on May 31. She is attentive, smart and cuddly, and has been learning tasks to assist me, as Henry did.
The rescue organization from which I adopted Goldie is called Adopt Me Rescue, and each year they participate in Strut Your Mutt, a huge fundraising event that helps save the lives of many homeless pets.
When Goldie was rescued by AMR she was sick and scared, but after a year with a loving foster mom she became a valuable companion for me.
Without funds from Strut Your Mutt, Goldie would have died, so I want to show my gratitude by being on the Adopt Me Rescue Team.
Goldie and I will be walking on October 20th and would deeply appreciate your support.
